Watch Tony Romo drain a long birdie putt in his PGA Tour debut

Tony Romo made his PGA Tour debut as an amateur in theCorales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship Thursday in the Dominican Republic, and though Romo failed to go low to keep pace with some of the world's best golfers, he did show some skill with his putter.

Romo opened his round with back-to-back bogeys, but got back to even-par with birdies at the 4th and 5th. He faced a lengthy birdie putt at the 465-yard par-4 5th, but rolled in a bomb from halfway across the green.

Later in his round at the 10th, Romo saved par with another stellar putt.

Romo kept himself at even-par through 12 holes, but played his next three holes at 4-over par to drop down the leaderboard.
